Service was simple and hassle-free - the laptop I was after was available for pickup that day and it’s been performing well so far. It’s super convenient to have a place like this right on the main street of my town.

I had an old Macbook Air, over 9 years in the game, with a non-UK keyboard layout. It still worked, but it was definitely on its last legs. With a bit of extra care and some know-how, it might last a bit longer. I didn’t want to just toss it out, so I was on the hunt for a way to sell or recycle it. That’s when I found FYL Direct. They offered me the best price and assured me of a solid level of security. I’m really happy I chose them. The whole process was super simple, with DPD picking up the laptop and providing a box at no extra charge. A few days later, I got their final quote, and the cash came through shortly after. Amazing service! I’d definitely go back to them for buying or selling electronics, especially for a more eco-friendly option. :)

Unfortunately, my Dell G3 that I purchased from them last year arrived in pretty rough shape. I reached out to their customer service, and in just 36 hours, they had a Dell G5 set up for me to switch to, getting me back on track by the next day. They really went above and beyond to assist me and offered a great deal too. I can't recommend them enough—super friendly, efficient, and professional. Thanks a ton!

The laptop arrived the next day and took just a few minutes to get set up and ready to go, plus a couple of hours to move my data and programs from my old machine. I'm really happy with the new Dell and have already told folks about your company.

I held off on writing this review to see if my problems would get resolved since I’m not a fan of leaving negative feedback.

The communication was lacking (I had to keep reaching out for updates), and the quality of the repairs was just okay. They had to take my laptop back twice, and even then, they didn’t fix everything. When I got it back, the charging light was still out, and there were issues with the audio driver that remain unresolved. I do appreciate their effort to accommodate my schedule, though. I’m still waiting for a response regarding one of my concerns... I wouldn’t consider buying a refurbished laptop from them again, unfortunately. When I peeked inside, I noticed several damaged screw heads and some holes that were rounded out, meaning I can’t secure screws in those spots anymore. This raises doubts about the quality of the refurbishment and makes me question why my laptop’s motherboard failed just eight months after the warranty expired...

I’m back for another order with FYL. Honestly, these folks might just be the friendliest computer sellers I've ever dealt with. Much appreciated!

I’m absolutely thrilled with the refurbished laptop I got from FYL Direct. I had previously ordered from a couple of other places. The laptop from FYL feels nearly brand new, it’s spotless, the keyboard shows no signs of wear, and there are just a few minor scuffs on one corner. Plus, the battery is fantastic! It came with a fresh Windows install and a proper, clean power supply. Big shoutout to the Trust Pilot reviewers who pointed me in the direction of FYL.
